Partners are required to submit updated and valid KYC documentation. This may include, but is not limited to, government-issued identification, business registration certificates, and proof of address.
2. Deadline:
The deadline for KYC compliance submission is required within 30 days. Failure to comply by the specified date may result in temporary account restrictions.
3. Submission Process:
Please follow the instructions provided in the KYC Compliance section of the ReWardy Points App dashboard. Ensure that all documents are clear, legible, and up-to-date.

If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the KYC compliance process, feel free to contact our dedicated support team by submitting a Support Ticket.
5. Monthly Subscription Renewal:
Please note that the KYC compliance process is crucial for the renewal of your monthly subscription, priced at £25.00 per month. This fee is inclusive of a QR Scanning device.
